Deleting your data

If you connected Facebook or Instagram to Custin

• In Custin: Settings → Apps → Facebook Lead Ads → Disconnect. New leads stop at once and the stored Page tokens are deleted.
• On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Custin Leads Sync and choose Remove.
• To delete the leads already received, delete them from the lead list in Custin, or email support@custin.in with your organisation name and the Page, and we delete them within 30 days and confirm in writing.

If you submitted a lead form and want your details removed

Your details are held by the organisation whose form you filled in. Ask them directly, or write to support@custin.in naming the organisation and the phone number or email you used; we pass it on and make sure it is acted on within 30 days.

If you want your Custin account closed

Your organisation’s administrator can remove your user. To close the whole account and delete its data, the organisation’s super admin writes to support@custin.in. Data is deleted within 30 days, and from backups as they roll off.
